Works very well in Guatemala City and tourist areas. It is one of the safest and most convenient ways to get around.

🚕 Taxis

Taxis are available in many areas of the city. It is not recommended to take taxis directly from the street. It’s better to use them from hotels or the airport. Always agree on the price before starting the trip, as most do not use a meter.

🚌 Public buses

There are different bus services connecting the city. Their use is not recommended for safety reasons, especially for visitors.
